Delete your Relay account

You can delete your Relay account and its data at any time, from the Android app, from the website, or by asking us.

In the Android app

1. Open Relay and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Data & privacy.
3. Choose Delete everything and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at relaaay.online.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@relaaay.online from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including your photo.
• The messages, photos, files and voice notes you sent, and your reactions.
• Your contacts, blocks, settings, drafts, passkeys, sign-ins and notification tokens.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first (Settings, Data & privacy, Export my data).

What is kept

Safety reports you made or that were made about you, and moderation records, are kept while they are needed to keep the service safe, with your account unlinked from them. Copies of messages that other people already exported are theirs.
