Child safety standards
Last updated 30 September 2026
Relay prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page sets out our standards and how we enforce them.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, generated or edited images.
- Grooming, sexual contact with, or sexualised conversation with anyone under 18.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers children.
- Using Relay to find, contact or share information about children for any of these purposes.
How to report it
- In the app or on the website: open the person's profile or the message and choose Report. You can block them at the same time.
- By email: support@relaaay.online. Include the person's name or username and what happened, but do not send us the images themselves.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
What we do
- Reports about child safety are reviewed first.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently closed and the content removed.
- We report CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the national authority where we or the child are, and we preserve evidence for them as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Our contact for child safety
support@relaaay.online is monitored by the people who run Relay and is our point of contact for child safety matters, including for Google Play and law enforcement.
